Emergency Planning Management, Inc. (EPM) is pleased to announce their involvement in the 10 Yr-$20B CIO-SP3 contract
EPM is proud to announce they have been awarded the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) under teaming partner A-TEK. CIO-SP3 is valued at $20 billion with a 10-year term.
EPM will perform as a sub-contract member of Team A-TEK. Team A-TEK is poised to maximize CIO-SP3 by executing Vision, increasing Velocity, and delivering Value as the core principles to accelerate success.
Under this contract Team A-TEK is eligible to compete for Task Orders in any of the ten (10) functional areas supported by CIO-SP3 to include: Chief Information Officer Support, Outsourcing, Information Technology Operations and Maintenance, and Critical Infrastructure and Information Assurance.

Emergency Planning Management, Inc. (EPM) has recently been awarded the Fire Protection Services contract for the United States Army’s Fort Hood, Texas. EPM has been selected and is responsible for the Testing and Inspection, Service Calls, and Repairs of all Fire Protection components and systems on the entire Fort Hood military installation. Fort Hood is recognized as the largest military installation in the world. As a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, EPM is honored to be working with the U.S. Army to assist in ensuring their facilities are safe from fire hazards and to make Fort Hood a safer place for our country’s soldiers and government employees.
EPM has deployed a professional management team and highly trained NICET certified staff to support this important Fire Protection Services mission.
